John Malin Sales Director, Quixant UK Ltd
John Malin has been working exclusively in the gaming industry for twenty seven years for both gaming machine manufacturers and in the technology supply chain. Over the years, John has been fundamental in identifying emerging and niche market sectors, successfully developing sales with several high profile gaming companies. For the past three years he has run his own successful gaming sales company, International Brand Gaming Ltd, representing several gaming technology suppliers including Quixant. He has also previously held roles at Innocore Gaming Ltd, Heber Ltd, Cotswold Micro Systems Ltd, Midleisure Machines Services Ltd, Maygay Machines Ltd and Acecoin Equipment Ltd. John has an MBA and a Diploma in Management Studies, both from the University of Wolverhampton.
Sandra Lowman Operations Director, Quixant UK Ltd
Sandra Lowman has over 22 years' experience within order processing, administration and customer services. Sandra joined the founder members of Quixant in 2005 as Operations Manager and is a member of Quixant's senior management team. She has built up and leads a successful global operations and administration team, a key responsibility for which is ensuring the timely processing of customer orders. Prior to joining Quixant, Sandra worked at Densitron Technologies for over 11 years, initially as part of the central order processing team and later as Office Supervisor at Densitron Computers.
Andreas Behr Director of Gaming Monitors, Quixant Deutschland
Andreas joined Quixant in December 2015 to lead the company's gaming monitor division. With over 20 years experience in the gaming and industrial displays market, Andreas has a wealth of knowledge of display technology, supply chain and gaming industry regulation. Prior to joining Quixant Andreas was managing director of a successful gaming monitor business which was bought by Quixant in 2015. Andreas started his career as a production engineer with a German CEM company and moved onto the LCD and monitor distribution business. In 2000, he joined Densitron as the Managing Director of Densitron Germany and moved to run GPEG Germany in 2006. Andreas, has a degree in Industrial Science from Mannheim Academy, Germany.
Ivan Chen Vice President, Quixant plc Taiwan Branch
Ivan Chen has over 15 years’ experience in computing, most of which are in the industrial computer field. Ivan was Electrical Engineering manager at DT Research for 6 years before joining Advantech Co. Limited as senior Research & Development manager and senior programme manager for the medical and gaming product divisions. He joined Quixant Taiwan in 2011 and is responsible for product development and management.
Ivan has a degree in Electronic Engineering from Kuang Wu College.
Dean Chang Senior Finance Manager, Quixant plc Taiwan Branch
Dean is a member of the senior management team at Quixant Taiwan. Dean’s background is in audit, finance and accounting, having previously worked at KPMG Peat Marwick as well as holding senior financial roles in several industrial companies, including Lite-On Technology Corp., Cotek Industry Group, Compliance Certification Services, Inc., EZconn Corporation and I-Chiun Precision Industry Co., Ltd.
Dean has a B.S. in Business Administration from the National Chung Hsing University in Taipei, Taiwan and a M.P.A. in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas, USA and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Paolo Ruscitti Manager, Software Development, Quixant Italia
Paolo joined Quixant Italia in 2008, as one of its founding members, and has played a key role in developing Quixant’s proprietary software as well as building up the software development and customer support team. He has spent his whole career as a software engineer working in the embedded technology space. Before joining Quixant, Paolo worked in the R&D department of Ericsson, based in Rome, focused on telecom platform development and was the technical coordinator for several international projects. Prior to this, he worked at Olivetti Tecnost, where he was responsible for developing Totocalcio, a soccer betting machine.
Paolo has a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering, specialised in robotics, from University “La Sapienza” in Rome and speaks fluent Italian and English.
